The article delivers a supportive voice of our current situation of private universities. Every university should have its own association of teachers to develop a global standard academic staff by establishing their fundamental rights. Its long run effect can impose to build efficient teaching-learning environment in the campuses. All university teachers’ association should be interlinked in this regard. Teachers can organize seminars in every university to explain how to keep perfect environment within the campuses to build an ideal and unique learning environment for their students.

Academic staff r leaving (not WILL leave) and students' sufferings have already been started... No way....
We need more feedback (comments) from the academics and the policy makers. Currently there are 103 private universities in Bangladesh. Establishing good governance at private universities is a must.
