Please do not waste any more resources and time on the misnamed TEF. This does not measure teaching quality. All it does is create more bureaucracy and more wastage of time and money. It is also misleading everyone giving a gold to Coventry and bronze to LSE shows what a stupid exercise the TEF is. Is anyone seriously suggesting that Coventry is teaching to higher standard than the LSE ? In reality it is teaching to a lower standard as they have a lower standard of students but then gets rewarded with a gold for doing so! The TEF was created by bureaucrats for bureaucrats and is a complete waste of public funds.
