A very sensible article but often the problem is culture rather than technology. In many cases, AI is not needed to ensure data are only entered once, just a single database of the type available since the early 1990s. More can undoubtedly be done now but technology must be embraced and seen to provide benefits rather than adding yet another thing to deal with. I am a great fan of AI but organisations are comprised of people whose empires may be threatened and so persuasion is needed!
