Doubt it, it will be a cheating feast with poor quality teaching and poor quality student interaction.
Definitely a university for the elite. As someone who works in rural settings, I have seen first hand how rural based children have limited access to internet connectivity and smart devices to access online learning. Without massive investment in adequate teaching staff, rural electricity, internet and free smart devices, this university might become a 'pie in the sky' for some.
