A net cast to gather the disgruntled. In New Zealand the very name of this polling company signals a particular view on free speech. The absence of a response from Academic leaders, the anomaly of freedom limitation being apparently more impactful on the more securely employed, the plummeting numbers of responders since the last survey, and the limited release of content are all red flags given the clear ideology of the survey company. This is further compromised by it being a survey of feelings, not events.
