Really appreciated step. For under developing countries like Pakistan, high APC has become difficult to pay even for universities and salaried persons. We can consider to submit papers to free journals, stop submitting to open access journals, and guide our scholars to prepare manuscripts well in time. Kind regards. Prof. Dr. M.
