“Meanwhile the women who get promoted to the top level will get dragged on to every committee and absolutely hammered with incredible workloads, because there aren’t enough women there.” Having witnessed the adverse effects of the increased workloads on senior female researchers caused by Athena Swan I have little doubt the same will happen. Will these quotas also apply to trans?
