One of the downside of democracy is that young career politicians with no work experience and few qualifications dictate national policy. UK needs term limits like they have in California so people enter parliament later in life after they already have made a contribution to society through some other career. This woman in her early 30s expects thousands of experienced professors with PhDs and streams of peer publications and decades of work experience to listen to her ramblings.
