Diamond open access IS THE REAL OPEN ACCESS. APCs eliminate Global south researchers as they out of this world for university researchers who most of the time do not make 300-400 euros for the most fortunate. @ Bianca Kramer "The Algerian Scientific Journal Plateform" ( https://www.asjp.cerist.dz ) is also a diamond open access benefiting from the Algerian government financing ( I'm talking here about the idea and not the content which is far from being well thought let me be clear )
