I am from India .....In a private university, Teaching as an assistant professor ....want to do research ...and needed some good papers for reference ......My university doesn't have access those such paper ....govt don't want to close these type of universities...and system ( u know what I mean.. in India ....60 % universities are like this ....Assistant professor salary is not enough to spend in research... and for reputation and saving the job...we have to do research ....how an Asstt. prof. purchase the high-cost papers ...
