"China’s approach to AI was to put its development under the control of the “government-state”? A government-state, he might have added, that has the best human rights record of any government state on earth. Though it is setting a low bar, China leads America in 26 of the Universal of Human Rights enumerated in the Declaration. See for yourself: http://www.un.org/en/universal-declaration-human-rights/
