A no-deal Brexit is a no-go for UK universities

I highly doubt this funding will apply only to England. However, let's face it: much of the money supporting Wales will come from English taxpayers; English universities produce much more world-leading research than universities in Wales. If the author is worried about post-Brexit funding then as an MP he should be proactive in perhaps creating a Welsh research fund.
