4,000 places go to East

Anglia Ruskin University has been given a £20 million grant to increase the East of England's higher education provision by up to 4,000 places.

Two new higher education centres will be opened, one in Harlow and one in Peterborough, with a grant that includes £7.7 million from the East of England Development Agency.
