Until work-related suicides are required by law to be recorded and reported as workplace deaths (they currently are not in the UK), nothing will change.
Cardiff should also review workloads. Urgently. All employers have duty of care to their employees. It’s not good enough to claim that Malcolm Anderson did not ask for help, his manager and the university are culpable. Shame on them
