As women in the Western world we now have equality of opportunity but are still under-represented in top jobs, so people like the author of this article have to invent increasingly fantastical explanations of how women are being 'held back'. Headline: "more likely to be pressured" Body text: "more likely to feel obliged" The devil is in the detail. We're dealing with feelings again.
