More stress to be added it is the misnamed "Teaching Excellence Framework" get ready for that. By adding to stress and workloads it will almost certainly make teaching worse rather than better.
This research is still relevant today in 2025. And yes, things are getting worse with TEF. Staff are getting ill but no one seems to care.
