EU referendum: will UK HE become less global, more parochial?

We certainly have to leave emotions aside and think practically about the 'new order' that UK as a country is ushering in (whatever that may mean). It surely can't be that difficult to make even minor adjustments to our collective branding that demonstrate a refocus on the World. It needs a firm hand on the steering wheel and the gearstick and a foot off the brake and leave the handbrake well alone.
