(Photograph) - Gillian Shephard this week launched the Further Education Development Agency which replaces the discarded the Further Education Unit and the Staff College. She called FEDA's three year strategic plan, Leading To Success, "an important milestone" for a sector which is "playing an important part in giving Britain the world-class work force it needs for the future".
