Universities in Europe are being asked to boycott the University of Kosovska Mitrovica after the failure of the Serbian government to annul the appointment of Radivoje Papovic as its rector. The European University Association urged 731 members in 45 countries to discontinue cooperation with the university until it is reintegrated legally in the Kosovo higher education system.
