Injunction lifted

Kingston University has succeeded in getting an injunction served by a student lifted. Francois Greeff, who has bipolar affective disorder, was studying for a masters in business studies. He was expelled in July on the grounds of unacceptable behaviour towards staff and students after the university found him in breach of health and safety regulations.

He refused to leave his student accommodation and Kingston will go back to court on October 11 to try to evict him from halls of residence.
