Keith Robbins, vice chancellor of Lampeter, will become senior vice chancellor of the University of Wales today. He will serve for three years and chair many of the federal university's committees, including the new vice chancellor's board. He succeeds Kenneth Morgan, former vice chancellor of Aberystwyth.
