Paul Russell, visiting lecturer in Celtic at Oxford University and head of classics at Radley College, has been awarded the £15,000 Legonna Celtic research prize by the National Library of Wales for his work on the medieval Latin Life of Gruffudd ap Cynan, Vita Griffini Filii Conani.
