Henderson appointed as Teesside v-c
Graham Henderson has been appointed as the new vice-chancellor of the University of Teesside. Professor Henderson, deputy vice-chancellor (academic and development), will take over when Derek Fraser retires at the end of March 2003.

Scots Agricultural College staff consider strike
Prospect union leaders at the Scottish Agricultural College are today considering plans for industrial action at the college's three sites in Aberdeen, Ayr and Edinburgh. An overwhelming majority of staff voted for action, claiming that a revised pay offer still left nearly 80 per cent without a pay increase.
