Michael Jackson has vowed that a broken foot will not prevent him speaking to the Oxford Union next Tuesday. The singer's address will mark the launch of his Heal the Kids foundation. He will be joined by Rabbi Shmuley Boteach and psychic Uri Geller, who are also involved in the venture. Mr Jackson broke his right foot in a fall at his Neverland ranch in California.
