The rector of Turin University, the dean of its medical school and a hospital doctor have been accused of a breach of professional secrecy and of violation of privacy after a student with HIV and hepatitis C was refused an internship. The hospital, which specialises in gynaecology, said it had done its duty to its patients by avoiding a possible risk of infection.
