Welsh transform post-16 education

* The Welsh Assembly's education and training secretary, Tom Middlehurst, has confirmed plans for reform of Wales's post-16 sector. The assembly's post-16 committee has endorsed plans proposed by the Education and Training Action Group to replace Wales's training and enterprise councils and the Further Education Funding Council for Wales with a National Council for Education and Training.
