Study launched on effect of devolution

The British Academy and the Royal Society of Edinburgh are launching a joint study on the implications of devolution for the arts, humanities and social sciences in Scotland and the United Kingdom as a whole.

It follows an earlier study on devolution and science by the Royal Society and the RSE, which concluded that it was vital for Scotland to stay a well-integrated part of the UK science base.
