The Dutch government is to make ¤4 million (Pounds 2.5 million) available to encourage foreign students to study in the Netherlands. Education minister Loek Hermans wants to collaborate with other countries to improve the quality of education and make it more international. More courses will be taught in English and the bachelor and masters degree system will be introduced to Dutch universities.
