Confidence vote goes against v-c King

ROGER King, vice chancellor of Lincolnshire and Humberside University, has been asked to resign in a vote of no confidence. Natfhe members are angry with what they claim is "undemocratic" management practice, and blame repeated efficiency gains for some of the worst staff-student ratios and heaviest workloads in the sector. The university says it is undergoing a period of "considerable change" and that some "turbulence and anxiety" is inevitable.
