Your numbers are incomplete and misrepresent the great fraud that is engulfing the 'educated' people of our society. 1. 1980: How many British 18 y.o. started and went on to complete a full degree course? (at all tertiary education establishments) 2. 2015 How many British students did the same? I suspect the numbers are 140,000 and 220,000 As such a rich nation the U.K. need not impose any fee on the young of this country. It is pernicious in the extreme.
