Letter: Welsh cluster bombed 2

A. J. H. Latham demands that the Welsh Assembly sell the city centre sites of Cardiff University and reestablish it as an out-of-town campus. What a dated 1960s concept.

Enlarging city-centre campuses is more desirable. Staff and students can gain maximum access by public transport, find accommodation within walking distance and use the city's cultural and leisure facilities. The university can also expand to inner-ring regeneration areas.
