Exiled dissident Chinese scholars have been invited to Macao, the Portuguese enclave that reverts to Chinese rule in December, to attend a seminar marking the tenth anniver-
sary of pro-democracy demonstrations in Tianannmen Square. Dissidents Wei Jingsheng and Wang Dang were prevented from entering Hong Kong for a similar meeting last month.
