Winners and losers in Hefce funding allocations

Its time that quality of teaching was properly documented. Many so called high quality staff submitting papers to the few journals allowed as part of the submission can barely speak English let alone write English. So who did write the papers? Why are our students being subjected to mediocre teaching? Many of the pupils in High School have a higher standard of English. Why should we be sending our pupils to universities where standards of the language of learning are lower than High School. What exactly is going on?
