The image which appeared on page three of The THES on July 2 was a detail from The Hinge, a series of inkjet prints by artist Ian Breakwell. It featured in a project by the Wellcome Trust's Sci-art initiative, which won a grant from the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts.
