The Institute of Public Policy Research will announce the full membership of its Commission on Wealth Creation at the formal launch on April 7. George Bain, principal of the London Business School, will chair the commission, which is to parallel the work of the Commission on Social Justice. Two other academics, John Kay, also of LBS, and Richard Layard, of the London School of Economics, have been named as likely commission members.
