(Photograph) - Viol value: a successful 1995 lottery bid has enabled the Dartington Hall Trust to commission a complete chest of viols from West Dean College. The viols will be made in the English style of the early 17th century by students on the musical instrument making course and used by students at the Dartington International Summer School.
