Proposal 1 sack the current trustees absolutely useless. Overpaid for abysmal performance Proposal 2 stop investing in UK government bonds with low yeilds and high probability of price falls. Proposal 3 get vanguard to manage it as a tracker funds for 0.1% fees rather than 1% + chargd by the jokers managing it to underperform the indices..
