Universities ‘super-careful’ on Brexit after charity warning

We got pretty stern advice from the Charity Commission during the Brexit campaign not to argue, as universities, as charities, in favour of a political aim, which you’re not allowed to do." Where's that champion of free speech on campus, Sam Gyimah, when you need him? He'll doubtless be right in there supporting the right to air contentious views.
