If talent, intelligence and ability (like beauty) is evenly spread regardless of income, employment and social class the UK could be missing out big time. While we have too many students going to University we have too few studying at levels 3 to 5 on Apprenticeships. Good Apprenticeships are the key to tackling social exclusion.
