Top-down partnerships risk ‘constraining’ researchers post-Brexit

It's good that UK institutions are getting on with forging their own links with European ones, rather than waiting on politicians who have little concern about academia. We should all be looking to create our own networks to ensure continued collaboration post-Brexit, to mitigate the inevitable damage that it will cause.
