Teesside University is going for growth by investing £2 million to recruit 51 new staff, including 25 academics in posts ranging from lecturer to professor. The posts, which are advertised in this week's Times Higher , come on the back of a £100 million investment in Teesside's campus and significant growth in student numbers, said Cliff Allan, the university's deputy vice-chancellor. "This is to improve the student experience and to continue to develop our academic posts in key areas such as health, science and technology."
