Are you all on your holidays. All senses of those words. Why allow a Supreme Court judge to have only (in the main) a Harvard or Yale law degree given what you know about the system which gets them the Yale or Harvard law degree. What meritocracy is that? In other words. How can such judges - who we know have a world view on most subjects - be allowed to be let loose on a whole population with such differing backgrounds, experience and hence world view. Is it the rule of law or the rule of one section of society. Discuss.
