(Photograph) - Female students at Glasgow University this week changed the names on university buildings to celebrate women rather than men. The students' representative council women's group marked International Women's Day on Wednesday by commemorating women such as astronomer Mary Fairfax Somerville and pioneering medical graduate Marion Gilchrist, while obliterating the names of James Watt, Adam Smith and Joseph Black.
