Napier in China tie-up

Joan Stringer, the principal of Napier University in Edinburgh, has unveiled plans for a joint college with Shandong University of Finance in China that would allow Chinese students to study for a Scottish degree without leaving the country.

Just last month, Napier announced that it was working with Zhengzhon University of Light Industry on plans for a joint college.

Professor Stringer said: "I want Napier to be not simply a university with a lot of international students, but a truly international university."
