MSPs want payment threshold to increase

The Scottish Parliament's enterprise and lifelong learning committee has questioned the Scottish Executive's proposed £10,000 earnings threshold for graduate endowment payments.

In its first report on the graduate endowment bill, the committee called for the threshold to rise in line with inflation. But the committee has not agreed on whether the endowment scheme should be introduced.
