(Photograph) - Middlesbrough's Victorian town hall is recreated in virtual reality at the University of Teesside, where a Pounds 930,000 grant from the European Regional Development Fund will help the university to share its VR expertise with local businesses. the Pounds 1.9 Million project has created 16 posts. Research includes a project with Electrolux in which new washing machine controls are simulated on a computer.
