Louise Richardson: educate students to ‘prevent next financial crisis’

It's difficult to resolve this problem when they are being loaded with debt pushed from the public sector to private (household) debt. It would help enormously if VCs didn't constantly demand more resources through fees 'to enhance the student experience', which results in a continuous (not virtuous) circle of demands for more indebtedness.
