Sack them !! That is, sack the management for gross incompetence.

Liverpool UCU has a reputation in Trades Union circles, so we'll soon see if it's so richly deserved. In other news PPRD (appraisal) gradings and outcomes are being used by Uni managements to sift for the next rounds of redundancies.
