University students arrested in recent protests supporting sacked Malaysian deputy prime minister Anwar Ibrahim could face expulsion, education minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak warned last week. "If they are caught breaking the law and charged by the police, universities as well as the courts will take action against them."
