This was a national effort with a number of financial contributors, organized by the Heritage Foundation and Republican legislative promoter ALEC. Walmart only one party.
What I love about academia is what disgusts me about this article. The fact is, if your peers can prove your research is “deeply methodologically flawed”; it's not enough to cite awards and say it's OK to flood the discipline with half-baked, unsubstantiated notions just to fulfill a political agenda. It is downright unethical and irresponsible. IMO, the University of Arkansas has some more explaining to do
